1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address and billing address, collected by Stripe at checkout. Stripe handles your card details; we never see them.
Your licence: your licence key, plan, renewal status and the email it belongs to.
When you download: which installer was downloaded, from which page and when. This isn't linked to you.
When you contact us: whatever you send us, for example on Telegram.
Vega (optional): if you opt in, anonymised test outcomes from Astra. You can switch this off in Settings.

3. Why we use it

To take payment, issue and manage your licence, and send receipts and licence emails (to perform our contract with you).
To keep records for tax and accounting (a legal obligation).
To count downloads and improve the site and software (our legitimate interests).

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Stripe, for payments, invoices and the customer portal.
Supabase, which hosts our database and downloads.
Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which serve fonts and code to your browser and see your IP address.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep licence and purchase records while your licence is active and for 6 years afterwards, for tax purposes. Messages are kept for as long as needed to help you.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Contact us on Telegram or at [privacy email address]. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Cookies and local storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser's local storage so it's still there when you come back; you can clear it any time. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
