Refund policy

Last updated 6 October 2026

Draft for review. This page is a starting point written for Quantvex. Fill in the highlighted details and have it checked by a qualified UK solicitor before you take payments.

1. 14-day cooling-off period

If you buy as a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days to change your mind. Because Astra is digital content, that right ends once you start using your purchase, which means activating your licence key, after you've agreed at checkout that it can start straight away.

So: if you haven't activated your key, ask within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. [Confirm this matches your checkout wording and decide your policy.]

2. Subscriptions (1, 3, 6 and 12 months)

3. Lifetime licences

Lifetime licences can be refunded under section 1. After your key is activated they're non-refundable, except under section 4.

4. If something's wrong

If Astra doesn't work as described, tell us. We'll try to fix it first. If we can't fix it in a reasonable time, you're entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We don't give refunds for trading results. Test results are simulations and live trading can perform worse.

5. How to ask for a refund

Message us on Telegram or email [support email address] with the email you paid with and your licence key. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Refunded licence keys stop working.
