Terms of service

Draft for review. This page is a starting point written for Quantvex. Fill in the highlighted details and have it checked by a qualified UK solicitor before you take payments.

1. Who we are

Quantvex is a trading name of [company legal name], a company registered in England and Wales (company number [number]), registered office [address]. You can reach us on Telegram or at [support email address].

These terms apply when you download Astra, use the free plan or buy a licence. By doing any of those you agree to them. If you buy as a consumer, nothing here takes away your statutory rights.

2. Your licence

Astra is licensed to you, not sold. While your licence is active we grant you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use Astra on your own computers for your own trading.

3. Plans, prices and billing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

If we change a subscription price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

We send your licence key to the email address you use at checkout after your payment is confirmed. If it hasn't arrived, contact us.

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a subscription any time from the Manage subscription page or your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; your licence keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

5. Using Astra

6. Trading risk

Astra is a tool for building and testing trading strategies. It is not financial advice and we are not a regulated financial adviser. Backtests and simulations are not live results: live trading can perform worse than any test, and you can lose money, including more than you deposit with leveraged products. Prop-firm mode helps you stay inside a firm's limits but never guarantees passing a challenge. Every trading decision is yours.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Subject to that, we aren't liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

If Astra is faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a repair or replacement and, in some cases, a refund.
